Description
2025 Premier Fall Program
Open to all available competitive athletes under the age of 50 training with 24U, Premier or Sr A
Start Date: Tuesday, September 2nd
End Date: Sunday, October 19th
3 Dragon Boat Sessions: Sundays: September 7, September 14 and October 19
Weekly uncoached OC practices with a workout plan provided.
Tuesday or Thursday ( 5:30 - 7:30 pm) or Saturday ( 8 - 9:30 am or 9:30 - 11 am).
