PDBC Revved Up! is an advanced intermediate performance paddling crew for female athletes over the age of 50. PDBC Fired Up! is an intermediate performance program for athletes, both male and female, over the age of 50. Athletes are required to have previous paddling experience in order to join these crews. The ideal teammate is strongly committed to participating in year-round training, in order to make our crews one of the fastest senior crews in the Ontario regatta circuit. * Please note that this is an advanced intermediate program so athletes must be selected to compete with us.
